Highlights are not showing up
Use this checklist when you expected to see highlights in Acorny but they are missing.
After saving with the extension
Section titled “After saving with the extension”Confirm that you were signed in when you saved the highlight. Reload the Highlights page and check whether the source appears.
After importing a file
Section titled “After importing a file”Check the import result. If Acorny skipped rows, the file may contain empty highlights, unsupported records, or duplicates already in your library.
After syncing a provider
Section titled “After syncing a provider”Run a manual sync from Extensions & Apps. If the provider returns zero new highlights, confirm that the provider account has highlights or annotations available to sync.
In Review
Section titled “In Review”Highlights can appear in your library before they appear in Review. Review scheduling decides when a highlight becomes a recall card.
